Our process has been designed to be simple, transparent, and reassuring. You know at every moment where your project stands, what happens next, and you retain control over every important decision.
From receiving your brief to delivery, allow an average of 8 to 14 weeks depending on the complexity of the creation and the quantities ordered.
Everything starts with a conversation. You share your idea with us via our contact form, and we get back to you within 48 hours to schedule an exchange (call, video call, or email depending on your preference).
During this phase, we seek to deeply understand your project: the object or subject to be represented, your company's colours and brand guidelines, the intended use (gift, display, event), the quantities required, and your indicative budget.
Once the brief is validated and the quote accepted, our designers get to work. They produce a complete 3D model of your creation, brick by brick, strictly respecting your visual and technical constraints.
You receive 3D renders from different angles before any production begins. This is the moment to refine details, adjust a colour, or modify a proportion. We incorporate your feedback until full sign-off is given.
The design is approved. Production can begin. Our teams select and source the necessary Lego®-compatible bricks — exact colours, specific shapes, precise quantities — then assemble your creation with the greatest care.
Every piece is verified and assembled by hand. For large-volume orders, we implement a rigorous quality control process to guarantee uniformity across every unit.
Your creation is ready. It is carefully packaged in its custom branded packaging — in your brand colours if you have chosen that option — then shipped to the address of your choice.
You receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment is dispatched, and we remain available after delivery for any feedback or additional needs. For large orders, we can arrange delivery in multiple batches according to your logistics requirements.
Many of our clients return for new creations: seasonal editions, new variations, additional orders... Your initial brief and 3D files are retained to facilitate future orders.
